A small part of the condensable oil and gas and steam are condensed in the secondary condenser, and the uncondensed oil and gas finally enters the secondary evacuator to be pressurized to higher than atmospheric pressure, and a small part of the condensable oil and gas and steam are in the tertiary condenser. After being condensed, the final uncondensed oil and gas are processed and discharged into the atmosphere to realize the vacuuming process.
