| Steam jet vacuum pump uses steam as primary fluid. The steam is impelled to relieve through spray nozzle at a supersonic velocity and transform its kinetic energy to the aspirated fluid, so that the mixture of the two fluids goes forward to diffuser, leaving suction pressure and hence vacuum.
To achieve high vacuum degree, multi-stage steam jet pump system is often used. We offer single- to six-stage steam jet pump systems, with vacuum up to 0.1mmHg.
